Accompanied by an orchestra of renowned maestros, every evening a distinguished cast of professional dancers and singers employ their art to narrate the history of tango in five memorable scenes that provide the perfect after-dinner entertainment.

1880/ 1900/ 1910: Tango was born as crystallization of the dance, when the compadrito defended his honor with his knife, and Tango Canyengue was danced between malevos.
1920/ 1930: The Golden age. The Tango came to Buenos Aires. In Paris, Argentine Tango was booming.
1940: Prolific artistic creation and great authors arose in the glorious decade of Tango.
1960: In the 60´s, the splendor of the feminine figure having all its sensuality, elegance, and romanticism was seen.
1980/ 2005: The powerful energy of modern Tango appearing to the world with composers like Piazzolla was displayed.

Designed to meet international gourmet’s demands, our menu features a number of musts for those visiting Buenos Aires and among them, our list of local wines has pride of place.
DINNER: Starter:
Cambalache Meat pie. Vida Mía
Mediterranean salad: mozzarella, tomato, basil and olive powder with culling vinaigrette and dressing of red wine and honey.
Main Course:
Café de los Angelitos (Pasta) “Complejo Tango Special”
Handmade round shape pasta, filled with pumpkin and mozzarella, soft sauce of fresh mushrooms, chive, and shallots with white wine and cream.
Balada para un Loco
Stuffed chicken with vegetables varieties served with smashed potatoes, and grilled tomatoes with bittersweet of soja and honey.
Araca París
Fish of the day with saffron rice, fresh broccoli and carrot glazed, on sauce of lemon and white wine.
Malena
Traditional steak served with potatoes, herbs, mushrooms, sauté in syrah wine, cream and chive.
Desserts:
Ojos Negros
Brownie with strawberry sauce, served with ice cream and almonds powder.
Tanguera
Pears poached in red wine with lemon ice cream.
Metejón
Ice creams with strawberry sauce and almonds powder.
Caminito
Soft White chocolat mousse with strawberry sauce.
