Description: Its a very spacious one apartment first floor were you can feel the complete comfort of living in a restored old traditional house which belonged to one of the most argentinean traditional families. This house/ apartment has three main beautiful bedrooms with private bathroom, two bedrooms for guests, a big TV, DVD, playroom, and a very elegant dinningroom with open kitchen at the front.

Through the italian marble style main stairs you can reach this first floor aparment and the first room is entrance and reception hall wich has a little patio with sunlight full of green.

At the very left of it you have a straight access to the dinning room (5*4meters) and open isle style kitchen (3*4mts). Both are facing the street with their antique window doors and own balconies.

To the right side of the entrance hall you get to a indoor corridor were you can reach the reception bathroom and in front of it the big TV, playroom (5meters * 4meters).

Afterwards, it comes a semi-outdoor corridor and the access to all the bedrooms.
Two main bedrooms with double bed, 5meters celings, 4*4meters parquet floors and one beautiful big private bathroom in the middle.
A third double bedroom (3*4,5mts) with its own private bathroom and lower celiling.
